GoldenSpear Mobile is an extension of the GoldenSpear simulation system. It is a PDA based system that is designed to automate the judgment process for field exercises, whether full troop or command post. It allows conflict resolution in field exercises, thus performance can be quantified. It also enhances realism in field training by rewarding tactical manoeuvres and integrating fire support in the conflict results.

The Player

The player application supports browsing through the unit hierarchy. Units details can be sent to the Umpire application(which reside in another PDA) via IRDA/Blutooth. Its functionailties include: Change Subordination, CSS, Artillery Fire Order, Engineering Order.
